AGENT OF INFLUENCE

Ascend Leadership | SOCIAL CONFORMITY is an invisible key driver for all societal behaviours. This unseen agent of influence is so powerful, that some instances of pack mentality may have the appearance of being coordinated by a person or group.



Instead, the need to fit in and belong can drive people to conform to some bad standards.

Like the pursuit of greed or racism,

as two prevalent examples.


A person who has genuine integrity, will not be influenced by peer pressure. They will choose a set of values and virtues by which to operate and nothing will dissuade them.
